Kitesurfing

The beaches of Torre de Benagalbón and the El Tajo area of Rincón de la Victoria will provide an area for kitesurfing and a place for the future municipal surf school. It will take place in the low season, from October to March, so as not to affect bathers and also to offer residents and visitors other sports and leisure alternatives on the coast. Other hotspots are: Benajarafe, Almayate, Caleta de Velez, Nerja, Marbella, Estepona.
It has to be said, however, that the Costa del Sol is relatively windless and you won't find kitesurfers every day.

The centre of all windsports in Andalusia is Tarifa (kitesurfing, windsurfing surfing). There are always winds there.
