sailing

If you want to see the coast from the water, you should consider a sailing tour. The coast is divided into two landscapes. The west coast (Malaga-Gibraltar) is flat and relatively boring in terms of views. But here there are in Benalmadera, Estepona, Marbella, Fuengirola and Puerto Banus the largest tourist offer of sailing tours. In contrast, the eastern part of the Axarquia consists of the foothills of the Sierra Nevada and is much more scenic and interesting. The range of sailing tours is not that diverse. In the port of La Herradura, the Marina Este, there are offers, partly also in Velez-Malaga. We had taken a sailing tour with Stephens "Optimist of London" and can only recommend it. It's for the whole family. From Malaga or Rincon de la Victoria / Moclinejo it takes about 40-50 minutes by car to the Marina Este and 15 minutes to Caleta de Malaga.
